SquadPouch Terms

You must meet Discord's minimum age and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you're under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy Gems or Squad+.

SquadPouch suggests matches but doesn't vet players. Play and meet others at your own discretion, and report bad behavior in #reports.

Squad+ is a $2.99/month subscription paid through Stripe: 3-day free trial, then $2.99/mo, cancel anytime with /manage. Start it with /upgrade in Discord. New members get one 3-day free trial per Discord account (a card is required; one trial per card); you aren't charged during the trial, and if you don't cancel before it ends the first $2.99 payment is taken and it renews monthly until you cancel. If you cancel during the trial, or the trial ends without a valid payment method, the subscription ends and the Squad+ role is removed. We DM you about 24 hours before the trial ends. To cancel, run /manage in Discord at any time: it opens your private Stripe billing page, where you can cancel (you keep Squad+ until the end of the paid period), update your card and see invoices. When the subscription ends, the bot removes the Squad+ role within a minute or two. Refunds are at our discretion. Squad+ includes no Squad Coins and no pick advantage: pick caps come only from earned tiers, the same for everyone. Squad+ members get 15% off Gem shop prices.

Squad Coins 🪙

Squad Coins are free and earned in the bot (1,000 starter, /coins daily, trivia, tournament wins, Clip of the Week). They have no cash value. They can't be bought (not with money, Gems, Squad+ or anything else), sold, traded, gifted for value or redeemed.

Coins are used to pick/predict on /predict and /versus predictions, for fun only. Rank tiers come from lifetime earned Coins; pick winnings don't count and losses never lower a tier.

Gems 💎

Gems are a limited license to use in-bot items in /shop (cosmetics and convenience). They have no cash value and can't be redeemed for money, cashed out, transferred, traded, gifted, or converted into Squad Coins.

Gems can never be used to pick, predict, bet or wager, and nothing bought with Gems changes picks, odds, payouts, pick caps, Coin earning or hosting rights.

Packs: Pouch $1.99 = 120 Gems, Stack $4.99 = 330, Vault $9.99 = 720, paid once through Stripe. You confirm before every purchase and every shop spend.

Refunds: Gems are used first-in, first-out against your purchases. Only Gems that are still unspent can be refunded, pro-rated by the price of the purchase they came from, within 14 days of that purchase, and only if you request it with /gems refund in Discord. A mod or the owner reviews every request; nothing is refunded automatically. Your unspent Gems are held during review, then removed if approved or returned if denied. Spent Gems are never refundable, except where the law requires it.

Chargebacks and Stripe refunds: if a Gem payment is refunded or disputed, those Gems are removed. If you already spent them, your Gem balance goes negative, the shop is locked and timed items are paused until it's back to zero. A dispute also locks future Gem purchases until it's settled. Coins and free features aren't affected.

We may change shop items or prices. Gems may be lost if the bot shuts down (we'll give notice first) or if an account is banned for abuse.

Everything else

We may change limits or features, or remove users who break the rules.
