SquadPouch Privacy Note

What we store: your Discord user ID and the profile you enter (game, rank, region, schedule, vibe tags, DM opt-in), how many `/find` calls you made today, and your `/lfg` posts. That's all.

What we never collect: real names, emails, ages, addresses, phone numbers, or payment info. Payments (Squad+ and Gems) are handled entirely by Stripe.

Squad+ payments: Stripe handles checkout and card details. We only receive your Discord ID (attached to the private /upgrade checkout link), a Stripe customer ID and a subscription ID/status, so we can add or remove the Squad+ role.

Gem purchases: we receive your Discord ID, the Stripe Checkout Session and PaymentIntent IDs, the pack, amount and status, and any refund or dispute status. We keep an append-only Gem ledger (purchases, spends, refunds, chargebacks) linked to your Discord ID. We never see card details.

Game data: XP, Squad Coins (no cash value) and lifetime earned/tier, Gem items, ratings, crews, heists, clips and opt-outs are linked to your Discord ID. A roast opt-out is kept even after /delete-me so it stays honored.

Use: only to match players and run the server. Never sold or shared. Server mods can see public LFG posts and Gem refund requests/flags in the staff log.

Delete: run `/delete-me` anytime to erase your data immediately. Your Gem balance and items are removed, but Gem purchase records (Stripe IDs, amounts, refund/dispute status) are kept for tax and dispute reasons. Data is also removed on request in #feedback.
